Be True To Yourself Journal

Sometimes we are accustomed to doing what others want for us, that we forget about being TRUE to ourselves. Use our 8"x6" (aka size A5) lined journal to write down your wishes, hopes and dreams.  Write down WHO you are, what you like and don't like or WHO you want to become, then aim to make the changes needed to get you to be your truest self.
