 Where is Beautify My Core LLC located?

We are located in San Antonio, Tx. 

I live in San Antonio, Tx, can I just pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

No, at this time shipping is the only option. 

What is the best way to reach Beautify My Core LLC with any comments, questions or concerns?

You can reach us at beautifymycore@gmail.com or go to our contact page via the website and submit your request. Please make sure to include your order number if it is regarding an order that was placed.  We make our best effort to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. 

Can I submit a return? 

Yes, you have 7 days to submit a return from the day it shows as delivered (via USPS tracking). Simply send us an email via our contact page with reason and picture of item(s)being returned for approval. You are responsible for the return shipping. 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to process the cancellation and issue a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we kindly request that you follow our return policy for a refund.

What days does Beautify My Core LLC ship orders? Do you ship orders on the weekends?

No, we do not ship orders on weekends. We ship orders Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays.)  For example, if a holiday lands any day during Monday-Friday, we will ship out the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email. 

 Do the journal pages have lines or are they blank?

All our journals have lined pages inside for writing whatever your heart desires.
