Shipping

● Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 5-7 business days after the order ships. **Reminder that as time gets closer to holidays, there may be a delay in shipping times.** For International shipping, delivery times may vary based on destination. 

Please be aware that federal holidays, weather events, and other factors may alter the estimated arrival time.

Shipping times are not guarantees, but provided as a general range of when orders can be expected to be delivered.

. ● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email.

● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.

● If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries) MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.

● All items are made to order and due to the faux leather, some slight blemishes may occur. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and we will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
